Execution of the incline curl

Sitting on a bench inclined at 45 degrees, back in contact with the bench but relieved head, feet well cushioned floor, it comes to a flexion of the elbows well holding down.

Need attention do not roll back the elbows during the movement but rather to them if the exercise becomes difficult.

It is a mistake that can be done when one puts too heavy.
