The nutritionist share tips to lose kilos without dying of stress or anxiety. Just change a few daily habits. 

Do not skip meals, all are important!
 Use small plates and serve you small portions.
When you go to the supermarket, make a list before the foods you need, and no scrolling through each aisle.
Not to buy if you have hunger, otherwise, everything what you want and buy more stuff.
Avoid eating foods turn off the television or the computer, because they don't usually do not realize how much you consume.
Enjoy your food, eat slowly and calm. Stop eating before feel you too full; remember the feeling of fullness takes about 20 minutes to arrive.

Exercise! At least 30 minutes, 5 days a week. Choose the activity you like to walk, climb stairs, jogging, running, dance, bike, etc...
It takes eight to ten glasses of pure water a day.
Keep track of your weight. Weigh yourself each week to see the progress and stay motivated.
Avoid the following foods:
sugar in any form, juice, soft drinks
 Pasta and rice.
Potatoes, corn.
Flour or products.
Substitutes the sugar or light products.
Corn oil: use only the essential elements for cooking.
Dairy products: avoid whole milk, cream, butter and fat as, yellow, cream cheese, goat.
