NEED
A clove of garlic minced
two tablespoons of chopped capers
two anchovies ground
spoon quarter of pepper and Cayenne to taste
salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO PREPARE
1 put wood or charcoal fire or heat gas barbecue. Lamp must be intense and grill placed 10 cm from the heat source. Any heating, prepare cake by mixing all ingredients (except fish) with mayonnaise.
