day 1: morning: 1/2 grapefruit with a coffee without sugar or tea without sugar


lunch: grilled steak, salad (lettuce) to desire and 1 tomato (in a salad) and 1 Apple for dessert

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, green beans and 1/2 grapefruit in dessert.

Day 2: morning: 1/2 grapefruit, a tea or coffee (no sugar)

Midi: 1 grilled steak, salad (lettuce) to desire and 1 glass of tomato juice

dinner: cabbage flowers will, green bean at will and a applesauce (unsweetened) for dessert

Day 3: morning: same as J1 and J2

Midi: 1 steak grilled, salad (lettuce) to desire, celery and 1 Apple dessert

dinner: grilled chicken, tomato at will (in a salad) and 1 large glass of prune

juice day 4: morning: same as J1, J2 and J3

lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, green beans (at will) and a glass I tomato juice

dinner: 1 steak grilled, salad (lettuce) at will, and a glass of pineapple js...

result: between 4 and 5 pounds lost
