It knows protein whey or whey since long for its speed of assimilation and its biological value, but that is perhaps less known is that whey can prove particularly useful for the maintenance of muscle during weight loss.

What is interesting is that whey protein reduced the decline in synthesis of proteins usually found in the case of caloric deficit, which means in other words that it preserves muscle mass.
Other previous analyses had shown that whey protein, in combination with resistance exercises can improve body composition during dieting, weight loss being concentrated on the loss of body fat.

Gold is what happens when dieting? Weight loss is interchangeably in lean body mass (muscle loss) and fat mass, which is not the desired effect, because we should be able to maintain lean body mass and reduce fat mass priority to keep a high metabolism.
