RÉGIME DÉTOX : UNE BONNE ESCROQUERIE ? POURQUOI EST-CE QUE VOUS VOUS SENTEZ BIEN APRÈS UNE CURE DE DÉTOX ?



Any regime promising a quick solution is always too good to be true and honest.

Be healthy requires time and dedication. Yet, we see full of advertising for fad diets that promise weight loss and good health in very little time.

A type of diet or a protocol to the mode is the detox, or the diet detox.

THAT IS WHAT IT IS EXACTLY A DETOX? 

You'll have trouble finding a good definition for the term 'detox'
Presumably, the objective of a detox is to eliminate harmful substances from the body with a complete 'clean' through a combination of caloric restriction and a power liquid. 

Detoxification plans often include strict dietary limitations, allowing usually eat/drink only fruit and vegetable juices, or other beverages. 
'The Master Cleanse' (a well-known detox diet), for example, prescribed to drink six to twelve glasses of lemonade container of syrup of Maple and Cayenne Pepper per day. Supposedly, this mixture will remove toxins from the body, and according to its inventor, support the elimination of all kinds of diseases. 

In simple terms, the detoxification or detox rests on the premise that the human body accumulates 'toxins' due to exposure to pesticides, pollutants, additives, or just simply inadequate 'cleansing' of metabolic wastes. 

IS THE BODY NEEDS TO BE 'CLEANED'? 

It is important to understand that the human body is remarkably resistant. The liver, kidneys, lungs, and several other bodies are continually working to eliminate harmful substances. They did not need aid lemonade or pepper. 

In addition, there is evidence that the commercial detox diets are not based on facts. 
A survey of 2009 revealed that no company responsible of these products is able to name the toxins targeted by their treatment, they do not agree on the definition of the word 'detox', and are not able to provide a single proof that their products work. 

To determine scientifically the efficacy of treatment, the toxin in the study should be identified to measure with precision its accumulation in the body. Then, researchers should investigate the effects of these pharmaceutical products or supplements on the toxin. 

Finally, scientists should issue and study a hypothesis to explain that the toxin is affected by a drug or a supplement in particular 
But unfortunately nothing, has been done for these detox products. 

This does not mean that the human body does not low levels of toxic substances, such as metals accumulate heavy or certain substances fat-soluble. 
On the contrary, what you should remember is that detox diets have no demonstrable effect on the removal or excretion of these toxic substances! 

WHY DO YOU FEEL CURE YOU BETTER AFTER A OF DETOX? 
This type of 'regime' is often transmitted by word-of-mouth despite their apparent lack of beneficial health effects. 

Then a detox involves a calorie restriction often resulting in weight loss. It is the result of the loss of liver and muscle glycogen, not fat loss! 

Under caloric restriction, the reserves of glycogen in the body can easily be exhausted within 24 to 48 hours, resulting from a loss of weight of several pounds. And when you start eating 'normally' reserves of glycogen and water and re-form. 

Nevertheless, this temporary weight loss led many people to believe that the cure of detox that they come complete has had beneficial effects on the health. 

Not to mention that most people eat poorly. A detox usually brings with her vegetables and fruit, bringing a host of nutrients not usually their normal diet. 

Instead of doing a detox for a few days, focus on patterns of long-term health, such as eating nutritious foods on a daily basis. Green leafy vegetables, enough protein and food filled with vitamins and minerals will be not only more tasty than a detox, but will be also more beneficial to you.
